I have been painting the sea and all its prospects for over 30 years. As time has taught me, a simpler more contemplative aspect has more value to me and my collectors. I grew up on our family boats since I was 7 years old. While I was experiencing the waves and the rocking of the waves I would visually meditate as I stared down into the sea.
